Users can transfer money received with Lydia to a bank account at any time, commission-free.

Simply enter the IBAN of the recipient account.

  • From the Lydia wallet screen, in the application;
  • From the online form accessible from the Lydia receipt message.

In exceptional cases, the customer may ask to be accompanied by customer service to make the transfer.
Transfers made from the Lydia wallet are sent via an IBAN (FR04) under the name of Lydia Solutions. For your information, this IBAN can't be used to set up a SEPA direct debit mandate.
