Users can transfer money from their Lydia or money pot account to a bank account at any time.

To do this, you need to know the IBAN of the recipient account, or have registered it in the application in advance.

Initiate a bank transfer

The user must click on the "Send" button from the home page, then click on "Choose recipient", "Account" and select the IBAN to which he wishes to send the money. Then, select the account to be debited and add a description in the "For" section. Finally, click on "Confirm" to confirm the transfer.

The user can ask a Lydia advisor to make the transfer. To do so, he/she will have to provide, by email, the bank detailsof the recipient account.

Delays

The transfer will be received instantly (30 seconds maximum) by the recipient account, if possible. Otherwise, it will take 2 to 3 working days.

IBAN accepted

All IBANs from Euro zone countries are accepted.

If the receiving bank is unable to receive a euro transfer, the transfer will be rejected by the sending Lydia account.

Cancel a transfer

An initiated transfer cannot be cancelled. You can request a "recall" by contacting a Lydia advisor.
