Verification by text message
For each connection to the application, users will have to confirm the receipt of a text message by entering the code it contains.
Several reasons might explain the fact that the text message is not received:
- The user is travelling abroad (Lydia texts aren't received in every country)
- The user filled out an incorrect phone number
- The user changed of phone number
- There is a technical issue with the phone operator
- There is a technical issue coming from the company that manages our texts
If possible, the user can check the number linked to the account and change it if necessary. Otherwise, the user can try again a few hours later.
