An online page is automatically linked to each money pot to facilitate contributions and extend them to people who don't have Lydia.
Share an online page
The user can click on the "⧉" icon in the top right-hand corner of the application, then on the money pot concerned, and on "Online page". The "Share" button let the user transfer the link of the online page to contacts.
For easy tracking, contributors can open the link from their cell phone and pin the money pot to their app.
The money raised via this money pot will go directly into the associated account.
Customization of the online page
With Lydia, the user can customize the online page from the "Online page" settings:
- change the name of the online page ;
- enter a description for the online page ;
- insert a cover photo ;
- participate with an IBAN ;
- activate or deactivate the display of the total amount collected and/or the balance currently available.
The IBAN can be used to receive instant or standard transfers (2 to 3 working days).
The IBAN cannot be used to set up direct debits.
Ways to credit an account via an online page
The user can participate in a money pot via his online page in different ways:
- with Lydia, if they have a Lydia account linked to the phone number they enter. They will then receive a payment request in the application ;
- by bank card, by entering their card numbers in the form on the online page ;
- by bank transfer, participants can make a transfer to the IBAN displayed (classic or instant transfer).
Every time someone chips in, a payment receipt will appear in your history showing the participant's first and last name (or phone number) and the amount credited.
Spend the money collected
- send a Lydia to a phone number or e-mail address ;
- send the money to an external bank account by bank transfer.
