How to buy

To purchase a gift card from a money pot, simply withdraw the money and select the option "Gift card". The gift card is then sent by email as a PDF attachment.

The purchase of a gift card is currently reserved for customers with a French phone number (+33). This transaction is final and cannot be exchanged or refunded by Lydia Solutions or the partner brand under any circumstances.

How to gift

The purchased card is not personalized, making it easy to give. The customer can share the PDF file, its image, or simply send the gift card code, which can be copied and pasted.

How to use

To use the gift card, visit the Amazon.fr website or application. The card can be added in advance to the Amazon balance or used directly during the final order confirmation.

The amount on a gift card can be spent in multiple transactions until the balance is fully used. The code and barcode remain the same for each use.

Validity period

Gift cards from Amazon.fr are valid for 10 years from their creation date (i.e., the purchase date).
