The customer can close their account at any time from the application or by contacting customer service.

This action is irreversible: the customer will lose access to the applications published by Lydia Solutions (Lydia and Sumeria), as well as their data.

From the application

The customer must click on the "Delete my account" button at the bottom of the “Security” screen.

The account closure will be automatic from the application if the balance of the Lydia Wallet is zero and if no money pot is currently open.

By email

The customer should specify the following information:

  • first name and last name;
  • phone number associated with the Lydia account;
  • the reason for closing the account.
