Lydia app customers have a dedicated web page that they can share to collect money from friends and strangers alike.

It allows anyone who accesses it, whether they are a Lydia customer or not, with or without the app, to send money to the holder without requiring the sharing of personal information. No need for an IBAN, or even a phone number or email address.

The link to the online page can be displayed or shared from the Lydia app's homepage.

The QR code can be scanned like any other QR code.

This new feature is available starting from version 14.24 and later of the Lydia app
The personal online page does not replace the money pots, which allow for collecting money for an upcoming event and shared expenses, on a dedicated account.

Payer's experience

To send money via the recipient's Lydia page, one accesses it like any online page. By clicking on a link, scanning a QR code, or entering the address in a web browser's address bar.

Those who are not Lydia users will be able to choose the amount they wish to send before entering their payment card information.

Those who are Lydia users will be automatically redirected to their app, on the payment screen, pre-filled with the recipient's information. They will also need to enter the amount to send, but will benefit from their saved payment methods.
